I cannot count how many gyms I joined over the years. I had trainers and paid for "customized" workout routines, but nothing took. When I turned 40 I was ready to throw in the towel. Same old same old.

When I heard about DTS I had my doubts, not going to lie. However, my assessment was like nothing I have had in the past. My age, health concerns, diet and lifestyle were all broken down into something that yielded a truly unique fitness plan.

DTS training is simply fantastic. My trainer was knowledgeable about diets, picky about proper form for exercises, able to explain things well and he designed really good routines; all around he was terrific. I was very pleased with my results following his programs.

I started with DTS personal training to tone up and gain more fitness knowledge. Not only did I tone up, but now, after all the sessions, my nutrition knowledge is on point. The trainer I had was qualified in sports nutrition, so he guided me every session on the right things to eat to achieve the best version of myself.

Not only do they guide you through training, but now I have a new understanding of nutrition which is the key to success.

DTS training is the best! I was impressed with their professional no bs approach. A personal consultation lead to a workout routine that I could fit into my life. I started eating differently too, started to incorporate other healthy aspects into my daily routine.

One of DTS's strengths is in providing a program that never gets old or boring. My workout program is always interesting and challenging.
